Note: Registration means payment of the conference registration fee. All accepted papers require at least one author to complete registration (payment) to present at the conference.

• Online Presentation: $450 / TWD 14,400

Regular Registration (July 31 - August 30, 2026)

• Onsite Presentation: $600 / TWD 19,200
• Onsite Presentation (Student): $550 / TWD 17,600
• Online Presentation: $500 / TWD 16,000

Late Registration (August 31 - September 15, 2026)

• Onsite Presentation: $650 / TWD 20,800
• Onsite Presentation (Student): $600 / TWD 19,200
• Online Presentation: $550 / TWD 17,600

• Additional Paper(s) (without Banquet): $400 / TWD 12,800
• Additional Page: $50 / TWD 1,600 per page

Group Discount

Special hotel rates are available for groups of 8 or more individuals. To facilitate reservations at the discounted rate, please contact us at [email protected] with a confirmed group of 8 or more individuals.

Cancellation Policy

• Before September 15, 2026: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• September 15 - September 30, 2026: Full refund minus 30% processing fee
• October 1 - October 15, 2026: Full refund minus 50% processing fee
• After October 15, 2026: No refund
