Note: Registration means payment of the conference registration fee. All accepted papers require at least one author to complete registration (payment) to present at the conference.

Regular Registration (August 1 - August 30, 2026 September 1 - September 15, 2026)

• Online Presentation: $500 / TWD 16,000

Late Registration (September 1 - September 15, 2026 September 15 - October 15, 2026)

• Onsite Presentation (Oral/Poster): $650 / TWD 20,800
• Onsite Presentation (Oral/Poster)(Student): $600 / TWD 19,200
• Online Presentation: $550 / TWD 17,600

PC Member Fee: $500 / TWD 16,000

Payment

We have two methods for paying your registration fee. Please scan the QR code to fill out the Registration Payment Form and follow the guidelines to complete your payment.

• Bank Transfer: For paying in USD.
• Credit Card: For paying in TWD.

• You must fill out the Registration Payment Form no matter which way you choose to pay.
• If you pay by USD, please must send back your receipt to the conference financial email to finalize your registration.

Group Discount

Special hotel rates are available for groups of 8 or more individuals. To facilitate reservations at the discounted rate, please contact us at [email protected] with a confirmed group of 8 or more individuals.

Cancellation Policy

• Before September 15, 2026: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• September 15 - September 30, 2026: Full refund minus 30% processing fee
• October 1 - October 15, 2026: Full refund minus 50% processing fee
• After October 15, 2026: No refund
